Education:   Professor Pease received his MS degree in Human Resources Management from Lesley University and BA in Political Science & Communication from the University of Southern Maine. He received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute. David is an alumni of Leadership Maine and has received certificates in Internal Consulting, Strategic Planning & Change Management and has completed courses with the Center for Creative Leadership, Cornell University, Syracuse University, and the Insurance Institute of America.

Profile:  Professor Pease is a frequent HR and leadership speaker throughout Maine and is a faculty member for the ME HR Convention.  He is actively involved in a variety of professional associations and enjoys his extensive community involvement.  Selected affiliations include Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), American Training & Development Association (ASTD), American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administrators (ASHHRA), SHRM Maine State Council (HR Certification Director), Maine Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administrators (MSHHRA), Kennebec Valley Human Resources Association (KVHRA), Board – ME Public Health Association and Sebasticook ValleyHealthy Communities, Volunteer - Waterville Opera House, Jobs for Maine Graduates, Maine Humanities Council and Maine Youth Leadership Conference.
