your average SAT I score?
A. The
average combined SAT I score at Thomas
College is just under 1000.
Q. What
kind of GPA in high school do I need to
have to be accepted at Thomas?
A. The
average freshman at Thomas has a
solid "B" average in high school. We do
look at a students entire application
package but you will certainly need at
least a "C" average in high school to be
accepted.
Q. What
are your most popular majors?
A. The most
popular majors at Thomas are Sports
Management, Criminal Justice,
Accounting, Computer Information
Systems, and Elementary Education.
Q. What
kind of access to computer technology
would I have at your school?
A.
Technology is a MAJOR priority at Thomas
College. You will have access to
state-of-the-art equipment and lightning
fast Internet connections. In fact,
Microsoft, Inc. has done a
case-study on how Thomas developed a
first-in-the-nation-web based
administrative and student information
system. Also, we have a wireless network
system in all buildings on our campus
for you to be able to get on-line with
your tablet or laptop PC from just about
anywhere!
Q. Is
there a deadline to apply for admission?
A. No.
We have a rolling admissions policy.
That means you may apply at anytime
throughout the year.
Q. How
long will it take for me to be notified
about a decision on my application for
admission?
A. Once we
have received all of your application
materials (transcript, letters of
recommendation, etc.) you should receive
a reply from us within two to three
weeks.
Q. Does
Thomas have an Early Decision program?
A. Yes.
If we receive all of your application
materials prior to December 15th, you
may be accepted under our Early Decision
program. It is a non-binding
program which means that if you are
accepted Early Decision you do not have
to attend Thomas.
Q. Do I
need to have an interview to be
accepted?
A. No, but
we do recommend one prior to making your
final decision on where to attend
college. Visiting our campus
really is the best way to find out if we
are the right choice for you.
