About Thomas Admissions Academics Student Life Athletics Support Thomas

"The friendships I've made at Thomas have been nothing short of amazing; in such an intimate, tight-knit community, you get to know other students quite well. These are the relationships that will last long after I graduate, some for a lifetime. I’m also really excited to think about ten years down the road and see what we’ve become, reflecting back on how our Thomas experience helped to shape and guide us."

Reunion 2007 was held on campus July 27-29. More than 110 alumni and guests gathered on campus for a weekend full of fun events that kicked off Friday with a performance by Motor Booty Affair, the "ultimate disco party band". Alumni had a wonderful time "shaking their groove thangs" and reconnecting with old friends...and making new ones!

Saturday's schedule of events included party barge rides on Messalonskee Lake, a bbq/lobsterbake, a beer and wine tasting, a Hawaiian luau, and a comedy show featuring Thomas' own Ryan Gartley '96, as well as hilarious entertainers Troy Pennell and Mark Scalia.

The weekend wrapped up with a golf tournament on Sunday at Natanis Golf Course. The winning team was a group of Omega Sigma Beta brothers who reunited for the weekend: Scott "Toehead" Danner '82, Dan "George" Atkinson '80, '82, Scott "Snake" Jacobs '82 and Kevin "Officer" Molloy '82.

There was a large contingent of Omega Sigma Beta brothers who returned for the weekend and the list of classes represented overall ranged from 1970-2006. Alumni and guests traveled from all over the country including Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Kansas in addition to the many guests from right here in New England. Alumni enjoyed the opportunity to reconnect with former classmates and professors as well as having the chance to stay in their old rooms in the Village.
