Busa is a second year player at Thomas College in the 2009 season. Last season in 17 games he posted a .268 batting average and drove in 9 runs. He was a three year honor roll student and a four sport athlete at Carver High School. He played baseball for coach Dennis Green and was the recipient of the Outstanding Hitter Award. From 2004-2006 he was an American Legion All-Star and is a one time South Shore League baseball All-Star. In 2005 he won the Track and Field South Shore Title. Busa is the son of Frank and Diane Busa.
