Thomas Players Receive All-Conference Honors...

Thomas College Men's Lacrosse players Mike Ross (York) earned first-team all-conference honors, while Gunner Siverly (Bucksport), and Kolby Peckham (West Gardiner) received second-team honors, and Peckham was named conference rookie of the year on Friday in the North Atlantic Conference All-Conference voting for lacrosse.

Ross, a sophomore, was tied for the team's lead-in points scored with 26, he also lead the team with 20 goals. Siverly also scored 26 points while compiling a team high 15 assists on the year. Freshman standout Kolby Peckham was third in total points with 19, and was second on the team in goals scored with 17.

Thomas Ready for Playoff Push...

The Thomas College Men's Lacrosse Team (4-5, 3-4 NAC) is preparing to make their first ever appearance in the North Atlantic Conference playoffs on Saturday, April 28, when they travel to Newton, Massachusetts, to face Mount Ida College.

The Terriers will enter the playoffs as the number four seed, and will play number one seed, Mount Ida. This season the Terriers were lead offensively by Gunner Siverly (Bucksport) and Mike Ross (York) who each contributed 25, and 24 points respectively. Freshman Kolby Peckham (West Gardiner) chipped in with 19 points. Goalie MJ Cain (Benton) had a successful season in goal as he saved 59 percent of his shots, while saving 138 shots for the season.

If the Terriers are victorious they will travel to face the winner of Daniel Webster College (3) vs. Castleton State College (2) on May 5. The winner of that game will advance to the NCAA Division III Tournament.

Thomas Rolls to Two-in-a-Row...

The Thomas College Men's Lacrosse team (4-4, 3-3 NAC) rolled to their second straight victory, winning, 11-5, over Emerson College (5-7, 3-4 NAC), Saturday, at Colby College.

The Terriers were led by sophomore Mike Ross (York) who scored five of the Terriers' eleven goals, and added an assist in a winning effort. Also contributing for Thomas was senior attacker Gunner Siverly (Bucksport) with three assists and two goals. Freshmen Kolby Peckham (West Gardiner) and Mike Hubbard (Waterville) finished off the scoring with two goals a piece. Goalie MJ Cain (Benton) had thirteen saves while picking up the win.

Emerson was led by Austin Ahlborg (North Kingstown, RI) and John Munroe (Danvers, Mass.) who each had two goals in the losing effort.

The Terriers will next travel to Castleton State College in Castleton, VT on Sunday, April 12 at 3 p.m.
