Paul Rodrigue, Head Coach
The 2008 softball season marks Paul Rodrigue's sixth year as head softball coach of the Lady Terriers. The Thomas College Terriers were the 2006 NAC Runner-up. Coach Rodrigue brings a great deal of softball and coaching knowledge to the program, which provided the catalyst for winning the 2004 North Atlantic Conference Championship.  Coach Rodrigue also lead the Terriers to their first softball championship in 14 years, as the Lady Terriers won the 2003 Sunrise Conference Championship.  In achieving the 2003 Conference Title, Coach Rodrigue was accorded the honor of being selected the Sunrise Conference Coach of the Year.  Coach Rodrigue was inducted into the Maine Sports Legends Hall of Honor in 2005.

Chrystal Toner, Assistant Coach
This season will be Coach Toner's fifth year as assistant coach. She graduated from Thomas College in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She was a member of the Thomas College softball team throughout her college career and was selected to the all-conference team as a freshman. She also served as team captain her junior and senior years. Coach Toner is currently employed by the American Lung Association of New England as their Regional Finance Manager. She is married to Tom Toner, a Thomas College '99 graduate, and is a mom to 2 year old, Mackenzie

Heather Johnson, Assistant Coach
This season will be Coach Johnson's third year as assistant coach. She is a graduate of Thomas College, class of 2004, with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. She was a member of the Thomas College softball team for 3 years, a two-year starter at second base.  She is currently a member of the Air National Guard, stationed in Bangor, Maine.  When Coach Johnson is not at work, she is a stay-at-home mom of two children: Gage (5 years old) and Jazmin (2 years old).  She is a wife of 6 years, married to Jeremiah Johnson, graduate of Lawrence High School, class of 1995.

Ray Beaudoin, Assistant Coach
This will be Coach Ray Beaudoin's second year as an assistant coach for the Lady Terriers. Beaudoin has been coaching for 26 years throughout Maine.  Beaudoin has been a part of 7 State ASA Championships teams, 2 of which went onto Nationals in Texas and South Dakota.  Beaudoin attended college at Maine Maritime Academy, the University of Maine Orono, and the University of Maine Augusta. He owns an electrical contracting business in the Augusta area and he has been married for 31 years with three children.
