The Provost’s Office has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, energetic professional to provide support for the Chief Academic Officer and the Academic Affairs office. The Assistant manages the calendar for the CAO and serves as office receptionist, produces and maintains files, drafts reports and correspondence, oversees office budgets and work-study staff, and assists with special events planning. The Assistant is required to provide excellent customer service for internal and external constituencies.
A minimum of an associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred and three years’ office experience is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required as is the ability to maintain confidentiality. Candidates should have experience with office administration practices and procedures, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work as a team player.
