Thomas College shall not be liable as a result of any claim pursuant to this Agreement in an amount greater than the sum of twelve months payments of the student's federally subsidized loans incurred while at Thomas College, nor shall Thomas College be obligated to provide more tuition-free course enrollment than stated above. Such remedy shall be the exclusive and sole remedy of the student; any right of the student to consequential or incidental damage is excluded.
