Career Services Update - week of February 24!

* Congratulations – Ryan Conley e-mailed our office with his good news.  He is working for the Bangor Lumberjacks Baseball team in Bangor.  Ryan is in charge of all promotional ideas for the team.  Congratulations, Ryan!

* PORTLAND SEA DOGS! - The Sea Dogs are looking to hire help for the upcoming season.  They are hosting a spring career fair to fill their numerous openings.  The fair will be held from 10:00 - noon at Hadlock field in Portland on Saturday, March 1.  Check out their website for more details, www.seadogs.com!

* Mark your calendar – Wells Fargo is conducting on-campus interviews on March 12.  Please stop into our office to reserve your spot.  Also, USM will be holding their career fair for summer jobs on March 11 from 4-6 p.m.  For more information and to see what other fairs to attend, check out our Spring Career Fair page.

* Contest News - The entries for our 'Least Lucrative Careers' are up on our board and they're great!  Stop in and vote this week only!

* National Student Employment Week -  Did you know that approximately 80% of Thomas College students work part-time or full-time while attending school?  During National Student Employment Week we'll be celebrating our student workforce!  Eight students will be chosen to feature that week - and if you would like to be one of our celebrity workers, e-mail us with a description of your work life!

* Career Fair – Polish that resume and send it in for review!  Our spring career fair is coming right up!  March 19 promises to be a great day to meet prospective employers.  Check our list of employers frequently as we are adding to this list daily.
