Career Services
Update - week of April 25, 2005!
* Last Issue – Yes, this is it for the

* Congratulations

* Mark Your

* Senior Survey – If you’re a day student graduating this May
please fill out a Senior Survey. You can
stop by the Career Services office to pick one up or I can email you one if you email me
first. The survey is used for our Job Placement report and it gives you an
opportunity to let me know if you’d like any help with your job search if you
haven’t found work.
* Job Hunting Tips
– Dr. Libby’s
Internship Seminar presentations wrapped up today. They were very well received
and were attended by faculty, staff, employers and parents over the past four
Tuesdays. At the conclusion of each
segment students needed to show off their e-portfolios (something I have more
than a passing interest in….) If you are
doing a summer internship for credit you’ll need an e-portfolio too. You can click here for more information
about how to create one. Portfolios are
also a useful job hunting tool as this
article from Quintessential Careers indicates.

Have a great summer! Career Services is open year round – please
don’t hesitate to contact our office.
