At Thomas College, you have the opportunity to enter into a five-year program to complete your Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees simultaneously while also completing a Master's-level concentration in Human Resources. You will be introduced to concepts, strategies, and leadership skills to advance your managerial abilities as well as current best practices for executive positions while also learning how to recruit new employees, compensation management, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations. In addition, receiving both the Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources will provide you the necessary background for both administrative and Human Resources roles in the workforce. This degree plan allows you to integrate masters-level courses that will train you in management and leadership while participating in the fundamental business courses of your undergraduate degree.
