At Thomas College you have the opportunity to enter into a five-year program to complete your Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees simultaneously while also choosing a concentration in Human Resources. You will be introduced to concepts, strategies, and leadership skills in business to advance your managerial abilities, and you'll study current best practices for executive positions while learning how to recruit new employees, compensation management and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). In addition, receiving both the Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources degrees will provide you the necessary background for both administrative and Human Resource roles in the workforce. This degree plan allows you to integrate masters- level courses that will train you in management and leadership while participating in the fundamental business courses of your undergraduate degree.
