International Admission Requirements
At least a 2.5 GPA in your high school coursework.
No specific coursework required for any particular program. In order to be prepared for your courses it is best to take at least 3 years of science and 3 years of math.
English language requirements: All international students at Thomas College are required to provide evidence of English proficiency. For admission into an undergraduate degree program, this can be done in two ways.
1. Complete an approved English language exam with a minimum of the following: TOEFL internet based test score of a 72 (*61-71 conditional) or a IELTS test score of a 5.5 (*5.0 conditional)
2. Satisfy an alternate English language requirement: completed undergraduate study at an approved US institution, completed undergraduate study in the following English speaking countries: Australia, Bermuda, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK
*Thomas is able to offer conditional acceptance to students with an IELTS score of 5.0 and TOEFL 61-71. The acceptance is conditional on the students' enrollment in a non-credit ESL course in the Fall term. Students will enroll in this course in addition to the standard undergraduate schedule and there will be no delay in programming.
