The Residence Halls
Grant, Parks, and Heath (GPH) Halls
These three substance free residence halls are joined together by one common area space for first year students. All three halls share a newly renovated, handicap accessible recreational room with a pool table, ping pong table, television set, lounge furniture and foosball table. GPH also has a 24-hour newly renovated computer and quiet study lab with computers, a printer, couches, and study tables, vending, a small kitchenette, the Public Safety office and the Health Service office. All rooms are equipped with student voice mail (for those who sign up for this service), cable television, and internet ports.
The Village
The Village area consists of two single story buildings with rooms for upper-class students and one floor which has been designated as first year housing. Each room contains a private bathroom. Residents of the Village have access to the lobby area of Bartlett Hall where there is a 24-hour computer lab with study tables, kitchen, lounge with TV, VCR/DVD, and study/conference room. All rooms are equipped with student voice mail (for those who sign up for this service), cable television, internet ports and are either double or triple occupancy.

Bartlett Hall
Bartlett Hall, opened in of 2003, is open to upper-class students who wish to live in a suite style living arrangement. Suites have 4-5 bedrooms with one and two full bathrooms per suite accordingly. Bartlett Hall has lounges on each end of the floor for student use which includes a kitchenette, computer terminals, lounge furniture, and television with VCR/DVD. In the center of each floor is a quiet study room for student use as well. Bartlett Hall residents have access to a full kitchen, 24 hour computer lab, study/conference room, vending, wireless internet connection available, and air conditioning. All rooms are equipped with student voice mail (for those who sign up for this service), cable television and internet ports


townhouse suites
Thomas College opened its newest residence area, the Townhouse Suites in Fall, 2008. The Townhouse Suites accommodate 88 students in two-floor, suite style living areas. Students enjoy a private entrance to their Suite, a small common area on the first floor of the unit, and double and single living quarters. Townhouse residents also have access to a common area which has laundry facilities, mailboxes, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are equipped with student voice mail (for those who sign up for this service), cable television and internet ports.
