Break Housing Request
This form is for any student wishing to submit a request for break housing. Please note that by submitting a request, an exception is not automatic. All requests will be reviewed and responded to on an individual basis. If you are requesting Break Housing for work related commitments, a letter from your employer is necessary for consideration. Requests must be submitted no later than the day and time indicated in your break housing e-mail in order to be considered for an exception.
