Degrees:
holds a B.S. in Agronomy (specialization in Turfgrass Management) from Pennsylvania State University, and an M.B.A. from Thomas College.  He is a certified Golf Course Superintendent and held the position of golf course superintendent at the Augusta Country Club from 1978 to 1996.  He consults regularly throughout the state on issues related to golf course maintenance, athletic field maintenance, and integrated pest management.
