What are a few of our plans for the upcoming semester?
Participate in TrayLess Day in the Dining Center (watch for more information)
Ongoing fundraiser and recycling effort. Bins are at each recycle station in the Administration building - profits from the bottles/cans will go towards the groups efforts on campus.
What have we done to date:
Laptop Wattage Contest! - Raising awareness of electricity use; laptop that used the lowest wattage won a prize!
The Club received the 2007-2008 Thomas College Community Service Program of the Year Award at the annual Student Leadership Dessert Night for the Thomas Recycles program.
Nature Trail exploration with advisor Dr. John Joseph on Earth Day.
Hiking Trip to Bradbury Mountain State Park November 7th
Participated in the first annual Waterville Downtown Clean-Up.
