Solving Printing Problems
If you find that you can not print, please do the following:

Go to "Start", "Settings", "Printers"

Double-Click on the printer that you can not print to
-
Click on "Printer" from the Menu Bar

Make sure that "Work Offline" is not checked
If work offline is not checked and you still can not print, try the following tasks:
-
Reboot your PC and try again

Try printing to a different printer (like the Copy Room Laser printer instead of the Front Desk Laser)

Try moving to another PC and printing to the same printer
If you still cannot print, report your problem to Chris Rhoda with the results of what you found from the steps above.
