Thomas College Email Options

To use email, several options are available (in order of recommended use):

1. Use Outlook 2010: You can purchase the Office Pro Plus 2010 software for a few dollars from OnTheHub (license is provided by our Microsoft Campus Agreement and your tuition). [On-campus and off-campus instructions]
2. Use Outlook Web Access: Point your web browser to https://mail.thomas.edu/owa
3. Use Outlook with ActiveSync on your Smartphone / PDA: [more details]
4. Use Secure IMAP: Use the following settings:
   1. For incoming: use SSL (port 993) with server name = mail.thomas.edu
   2. For outgoing: use TLS (port 587) with server name = mail.thomas.edu

(Programs using unsecure POP3 and IMAP4 are not supported.)
