How do I login to Lync using Windows?

If yourusername@thomas.edu is not the sign-in address:

1. Click on the drop-down in the top-right corner icon
2. Select File, Change Sign-In Address
3. Under "My Account", for "Sign-in address:" enter your email (for example smithj@thomas.edu)
4. Click OK to save these settings
5. Click the sign-in button and authenticate with your Thomas username and password
   
   
6. NOTE: Lync may need to be configured differently, depending on if you are on or off campus. Please see the instructions on our personal computer setup page at https://update.thomas.edu for specific help related to your operating system

How do I login to Lync 2011 using a Mac?

1. For "E-mail address:", enter your email (for example smithj@thomas.edu)
2. For "User ID:", type in the domain and your user name (for example thomas\smithj)
3. For "Password:", enter your account password and click "Sign In"
4. NOTE: Lync may need to be configured differently, depending on if you are on or off campus. Please see the instructions on our personal computer setup page at https://update.thomas.edu for specific help related to your operating system
