9:00 – Open Mic Followed by WTF? (What's this Friday?) Spann Commons)

Students and families, how much do you know about Thomas? This trivia contest will send you on a walking tour of campus for a chance to win Campus Store gift certificates. 5:30-7:30 – Betty-Jane Meader Retirement Party (Spann Commons Function Room.) * No fee, but due to limited space and a high expected turnout, RSVP required.
Beloved Thomas instructor Betty-Jane Meader is retiring after 41 remarkable years. See Betty-Jane, visit with classmates and faculty, and share memories as we commend her service to students and wish her well. Hors d’ouevres, desserts, and coffee will be served. Cash bar available.

Alumni, get your evening started with the classes of 2002, 1987, and 1962, who will celebrate their respective 10th, 25th, and 50th reunion years – then stay for the party! All are welcome for a cool night of hot music and dancing under the tent! A live band, cash bar, and complimentary snacks are provided as you dance the night away with friends, families, faculty, and staff. And yes, that’s right: Dr. Nelson Madore will attend again this year!

8:00 – 10:00 – Second Annual Terrier Trot 5k Run/Jog/Walk (Larry Mahaney Gym) *Fee – registration required
On your mark, get set…GO! Proceeds support Thomas athletic programs. Pre-registration recommended by going online or by downloading a registration form. T-shirt and goody bag provided to all pre-registrants. Race day registration begins at 8:00 with the race kicking off at 8:30. Visit the RunReg site to register.
9:30 – 2:00 – Campus Store Open (Spann Commons)
10:00 – 12:00 – Family Bowling(Sparetime Recreation) *No fee, but registration required
Show off your putting skills and enjoy family time with your student.

11:00 – 12:30 – Alumni vs. Student Men’s and Women’s Soccer (Turf field - Black)
Alumni women and men challenge their current student counterparts in 30-minute matches on the new turf fields (women’s game at 11:00; men’s at 11:30.) Then alums go head to head in a friendly coed match that begins at noon.
12:30 – Alumni vs. Student Soccer Awards, Social, and BBQ (Turf fields) *No fee, but registration required for all except student soccer players.
Alumni, student soccer players, and their families are welcome as we recognize soccer match winners and celebrate the new turf fields over a BBQ lunch.
