Satisfactory Academic Progress

A student's continued entitlement to financial aid depends on two conditions: (1) satisfactory academic progress as determined by the Academic Affairs Committee, and (2) completion of the following minimum number of credit hours:

1st Year 0-24 credits Grade Level I
2nd Year 25-48 credits Grade Level II
3rd Year 49-72 credits Grade Level III
4th Year 73-96 credits Grade Level IV
5th Year 97+ credits Grade Level V

Financial aid benefits for students who attend less than full-time will be prorated.

Additionally, any student on probation must receive a g.p.a. of at least 2.00 in the next semester or be automatically suspended from financial aid.
