Events & Summer ProgramsADMINISTRATION BUILDING CONFERENCE ROOMS
Thomas College has several conference rooms in addition to the ones in the student center, in the administration building. These include the new auditorium classrooms that have been coined the "Classrooms of the future". Please see details below and call the Events office at 859-1211 to reserve a room for your conference.

This room is connected directly to the Auditorium.
During the school year the Auditorium classrooms are used for student classes. However, it can be set up for much more. A103 and A104, its sister classroom, are mirror images of each other, separated by a removable wall. Individually each room seats 35 people, but when the wall between them is removed, it becomes one room that can hold 70 people.
Auditorium Classroom A104 - seats 35
The sister room to A103. Ethernet ports and outlets are installed in every desk for laptop connection, or whatever else you may need it for. There is also a large projector screen that can easily be lowered from the ceiling with the touch of a button. Perfect for business meetings, or any event that requires a technology rich classroom. This room can be combined with A103 for presentations for up to 70 guests. Click here to see the floor plans of A103 and A104 (Must have Adobe Reader installed)

The Student Conference Room - seats 8
A small centrally located room, just outside of the Thomas College Library. This is a quiet room, which is perfect for small group conferences. It is used as a study lounge or for student meetings during the school year, and can be used for any small meetings or conferences.

Commuter Lounge - seats 22
A small lounge that students use to hang out and relax during the day. Any informal event that requires a relaxed setting could be held here. The Student Lounge is complete with couches, chairs, tables, computers and a television. The commuter lounge is a great break room too.

Computer Labs - seats 22
We have 3 computer labs, one of which is simply a terminal lab, and the other two are PC labs. Each lab is equipped with a ceiling mounted LCD projector, a projector screen, marker boards, and A/C. The PC in the front of each classroom can have its screen displayed on to the projector. These rooms are very useful, and can be used for almost anything.

Classroom - seats up to 50
Our regular classrooms can hold around 30 students. But we also have a couple larger classrooms available which can seat many more. The larger classrooms are great for larger events in a classroom setting. There are so many classrooms to choose from.

Classroom Small - seats 12-20
We have a variety of classrooms that are smaller than our average classrooms, that can be reserved for small groups. These classrooms are generally used for small group classes, study groups, or anything that doesn't need a larger classroom.

Classroom Large (Room 205) - seats 50+
Room 205 is our largest classroom. It can seat over 50 people,
with over 40 at desks, additional people can be put at banquet tables, or other
tables at the back of the room. Room 205 is equipped with a ceiling
mounted LCD, so you can simply plug your laptop into the wall, and easily
display your PowerPoint or other presentation. This room is perfect for
large audiences on occasions that don't require the luxury of Thomas College's
Auditorium.
Upstairs Lobby - seats 12-20
For students in between classes, the upstairs lobby is a great place
to relax.
The Art Gallery -
The Art Gallery borders the Upstairs Lobby, and is usually used for the set up of
refreshments. It can be combined with the lobby to make a very convenient break area.
While you are drinking coffee or eating pastries, you can look at the featured artist's
paintings and drawings.
