Thomas College offers four conference rooms in the Student Center that vary in capacity from 8 to 125.  Our talented staff can cater your event from a simple coffee set up to and elegant sit down dinner.  Please see details below and call the Facilities office at 859-1211 to reserve room for your conference.

The Atrium - seats 125

This multipurpose room can be arranged to seat up to 125 (theater style.)

This room is home the the Chamber of Commerce/Thomas College business breakfast series and can seat 8o at round tables for dining.

Amenities include built in LCD projector, screen, podium, microphone and even a snack bar set-up.  We can also set up a small stage in this room for a panel of speakers or a comedian. 

The Stickney Room - seats 35

This room is so versatile!  Used during the school year for classes, it is a perfect choice for a small presentation (seats up to 35), or open the patio doors and have our staff feed your guests with an all-you-can-eat barbeque!.

The Board Room - seats 16-20

This stately room was completely refurbished in 2004.  It seats 16 comfortably, with additional seating available within the room.  Come and peek at all the chairs from different universities that have been donated by our very own distinguished board of Trustees.

Hall of Fame - seats 10

This small conference room offers a private setting guaranteed to be uninterrupted in the middle of the Student Center.
