Thomas College offers three different
residence halls for summer rentals. Please see details about each below
and contact the Events Office at 859-1211 for pricing and reservations.
Grant, Heath and Parks (GPH) Halls - 213 beds
These three residence halls are joined together by one common area space. All
three halls share a newly renovated, handicap accessible recreational room with
a pool table, ping pong table, television set, lounge furniture and foosball
table. GPH also has vending machine, a small kitchenette,
the Public Safety office and the Summer Programs office. All rooms are equipped
with student voice mail, cable television, and internet ports.

bringing your laptop to use on our wireless system, you must have our IT
department check your system before access will be allowed.

The Village - 112 beds
The Village area consists of two single story buildings with rooms for upperclassmen in which
each room contains a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with voice mail,
cable television, and internet ports. Please note! If you are

Bartlett Hall - 102 beds
Bartlett Hall is the
newest residence hall on campus having just opened in the fall of 2003.
Bartlett Hall is open to upperclassmen who wish to live in a suite style living
arrangement. Suites have 4-5 bedrooms with one and two full bathrooms per suite
accordingly. Bartlett Hall has lounges on each end of the floor for student use
which includes a kitchenette, computer terminals, lounge furniture, and
television with VCR/DVD. In the center of floors 2 & 3 you'll find an
additional lounge. Bartlett Hall residents have access to kitchenettes, vending
machines, wireless internet connection available, and air conditioning. All
rooms are equipped with voice mail, cable television and internet ports.
