It has recently been announced that the
Thomas College Master of Business
Administration in Human Resource Management
degree program fully aligns with the Society
of Human Resource Management (SHRM)
curriculum guides established in 2005.
SHRM confirmed in September 2009, that the
program follows their recommended guidelines
for HR education.

The Thomas College Graduate School serves as a life-long learning center for the community,

or staying current in their field. Developed specifically for working professionals and adult
learners, the graduate program enables students to earn a Master's degree or take courses for
professional development and achievement of personal goals. Our Graduate Division offers small
classes and personal one-on-one advising. Thomas classes utilize
