Grade and Transcript Information

Grades

To reduce paperwork and expenses as well as to save time, we are no longer mailing out paper grades.  All students can access their grades each term on the InfoNet at www.thomas.edu/infonet.  Students who need paper grades for reimbursement can change their preference on the InfoNet.  After logging in, choose Option #1, "Verify and Update Your Student Record."  The e-grades option is the last on the screen.

Transcripts

All transcript requests must be in writing.  You can go to www.thomas.edu/reg and print off the form. 

Transcripts may be obtained from the Registrar for $3.00 per copy or $5.00 per faxed copy (student copy only).

If you are a current student or have received your degree from Thomas College you can get up to 5 free copies of your transcript. 

Official transcripts are issued to other schools, agencies, or employers; transcripts issued directly to students are marked STUDENT COPY-NOT OFFICIAL. 

Transcripts will not be released unless financial obligations to the College have been met.
