Grades and Transcripts
Grades
Students will receive a grade report at the end of each
class.
Grade reports are sent out approximately two weeks after the
last day of classes.
Any questions about grades should be directed to the
Registrar's Office.

Transcripts
All transcript requests must be in writing. You can go to
www.thomas.edu/reg and print off the form.
Transcripts may be obtained from the Registrar for $3.00 per
copy or $5.00 per faxed copy (student copy only).
If you are a current student or have received your degree from
Thomas College you can get up to 5 free copies of your
transcript.
Official transcripts are issued to other schools, agencies, or
employers; transcripts issued directly to students are marked
STUDENT COPY-NOT OFFICIAL.
Transcripts will not be released unless financial obligations to
the College have been met.
