SCHEDULE; Tuesday through Saturday 7AM to 3:30PM
Job requirements: janitorial skills to include all facets of cleaning (bathrooms to windows) and also includes; trash pickup and disposal, moving furniture, delivering packages, climbing ladders, utilize safety equipment, work with others to set-up events, remove waste from residence halls, assist mechanical trades, and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Outdoor work will include shoveling snow, and use of snow blower, shoveling sand, operating lawn mower, and grounds cleaning. Experience required in driving and operating a snow plow.
Must have decision making ability, and general maintenance skills to correct minor plumbing or heating problems independently. Responds as an On-Call maintenance person after hours, for one of every 4 weeks. Scheduled or unscheduled overtime work can be expected.
Competitive benefits package. A High School diploma or GED certificate, valid driver's license, ability to read and write along with aforementioned experience is required.
