Mail & Welcome Center

Welcome Center

The Welcome Center is a hub of activity where visitors, students, staff and faculty are warmly greeted each day. It is located in the Ayotte Center Building next to the Admissions Office. The Welcome Center operates the main switchboard for the college and also provides information such as, professor office directory, department directory and a host of other pertinent information.

Mail Service Center

The Mail Service Center is located within the Welcome Center. It handles all incoming and outgoing mail and most of the domestic and international shipping needs for Thomas College. Student mail is sorted and delivered to mailboxes Monday – Friday by mid-afternoon during the academic year. Faculty and staff mail is delivered by mid-afternoon Monday – Friday year-round.

A limited size range of free packing materials are available when shipping via FedEx Express, U.S. Postal Service priority mail and UPS. To ship through FedEx or UPS the student is responsible to create their own account and shipping labels online.

Outgoing mail is picked up daily and delivered to the Waterville Post Office by 3:00pm.
Stamps are available for purchase, either a .49 Forever stamp or a meter stamp should an item need to be weighed.

The Mail Service Center also provides forms for sending out certified, certified-return receipt and packages that need to be insured. Our goal is to assist you in your postal needs with exceptional customer service.
