Current
students may now purchase one copy of each software CD
from the Student Financial Services office for a student-owned computer. Faculty and staff may do the same for one home computer through the Human Resources office.
This agreement allows those mentioned above to not only
use these products on home computers, but to also use
them on college-owned computers. IT Services has installed these products on all college-owned computers.
This campus agreement does not provide at-home technical
support, but you may purchase that service from Microsoft if
you wish.
Under this agreement lost or stolen DVDs/CDs are not replaced by the College or Microsoft. The Thomas bookstore provides software at the academic retail price.
Graduates are allowed to take and own the current version of each software package listed above when they leave Thomas. All other students leaving Thomas must remove the software.
