How to Create an E-mail Notification Message for Voice-Mail Messages.
- Go to http://vmail.thomas.edu/mycallpilot
- Log in using your voice mail extension and password.
- Choose the CallPilot Features tab.
- Choose the Message Notification link. Your screen should look similar to the one below.
- In the Remote Text Notification Section, change Current Status to On.
- Change the Device Service to Email1.
- Enter your E-mail address.
- Uncheck the This Device Supports Unicode box.
- Select Notify for All Messages.
- Choose Logout.
- Your inbox will now contain a text message each time someone leaves you a message in your voice mail. The message will look like this: “You have a voice message from an unknown caller that called from 8591111.”
