Student Software License Memo of Understanding

I understand that the software (___________________________________), which I purchased with the book for the class ________________________ (course name), on ___________________ (date) is licensed for use on only one computer.

I hereby transfer the installation of this software from my personal computer to a Thomas College lab computer. I understand that this software will be installed on a lab computer for my use in this class. The software will be removed from the lab at the completion of the course. I also understand that since the license is for one computer only, I will not be able to install this software on any other computer until after the course has completed.
