If you find that you can not print, please do the following:
- Go to "Start","Settings","Printers"
- Double-Click on the printer that you can not print to
- Click on "Printer" from the Menu Bar
- Make sure that "Work Offline" is not checked.
If work offline is not checked and you still can not print, try the following tasks:
- Reboot your PC and try again.
- Try printing to a different printer (like the Copy Room Laser printer instead of the Front Desk Laser).
- Try moving to another PC and printing to the same printer.
- If you still cannot print, report your problem to Chris Rhoda with the results of what you found from the steps above.
