Saving IE favorites to the X: Drive location:

1. To open up your X: drive.
1. Go to my computer
2. Click on “Faculty on Terrier X:”
3. Find your name
4. If you don’t already have a folder for your favorite websites, right click anywhere in the background and create “new” folder that you can title “favorites”
2. Open up the folder titled favorites
1. Right click anywhere in the background Go to New then “new shortcut”
3. Copy and paste the web address into the window that says location
4. Click next
5. Title the link anyway that you want
6. Click finish

Saving IE favorites to your Sharepoint MySite:

1. Open Sharepoint and click the MySite link in the top right corner.
2. If this is your first time logging into your MySite, a new site will be created for you at this time.
3. With your MySite page, go to the 'Links' link (on the left, in the default MySite page.)
4. Add a new link, choosing to make this link available to everyone, specific groups of users, or only to you.
5. To access your favorites, simply navigate to your MySite page and go to the 'Links' link.
