Gov. Baldacci to Address Business Breakfast Series

Gov.
John Baldacci will address key economic issues in the state during the November
Business Breakfast series presented by Thomas College in partnership with the
Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce.
In his speech titled, “Small Business and Maine’s
Economy,” Gov. Baldacci will focus on the business climate in our state and the
efforts of his administration to foster the development and growth of healthy
small businesses.
Gov. Baldacci was born and raised in Bangor, and has
been actively involved in politics for more than 20 years. He has served in the
Maine State Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, and in 2002, he was
elected as governor of the state of Maine.
The presentation will be held in the Laurette Ayotte Auditorium on the Thomas campus
located at 180 West River Road in Waterville. The public is invited to attend.
Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. in the lobby, and the presentation starts at 8 a.m.
in the auditorium.
The cost per
person is $13 for members with advanced registration, $15 for members at the
