Hiplash Dance Company to Perform
Show to be held April 21 & 22

         WATERVILLE, April. 18 - Thomas' new dance club, the Hiplash Dance Company will perform a weekend show called “Launched 2006” Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22.
         Twenty-eight Thomas students and special guests will perform a variety of dance routines including hip-hop, ballroom, middle-eastern and swing. Solo performances in Jazz and lyrical will also be performed. Waterville’s ballroom dancing duo and instructors Bruce Olsen and Ru Freeman will also be on stage.
         On Friday, April 21 the show starts at 7 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 p.m. Saturday’s performance starts at 8 p.m. and doors open at 7:30 p.m.
         Both shows will be held in the Laurette Ayotte Auditorium at 180 West River Road in Waterville. The event is open to the public.
         Tickets are $5 for community members and $1 for Thomas students, staff and faculty with identification. Tickets will also be for sale at the door before the performance. For tickets, please contact Amity Ollis at ollisa@thomas.edu or call 207-859-1111.
