Thomas Features D. Crosby Brown as Artist of the Month

Thomas is featuring the acrylic and watercolor paintings of D. Crosby Brown in its art gallery during the month of April.

Brown’s artwork has appeared in numerous exhibits in such areas as Canada, Oklahoma, Minnesota and Florida. His work has also been carried in several publications, including National Audubon, Sporting Classics and Down East Magazine.

Brown, of Ellsworth, currently works as an artist and a computer consultant. He attended Boise College in Idaho where he studied art, Northeastern University for engineering and other colleges.

Brown’s work is on display in the College’s art gallery in its administration building at 180 West River Road in Waterville. The gallery is open to the public Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
