Thomas Holds Opening Reception for Featured Artist

WATERVILLE,
Jan. 20-Thomas College hosted an opening reception for Dixmont artist
Brenda Ferguson in its newly relocated Art Gallery on
Friday. Ferguson was the first artist to showcase her
work in the newly renovated Thomas College Library.
Dozens of attendees including Thomas faculty, staff, and
students, members of the community, as well as Ferguson's friends
and family were treated to an open bar and
refreshments as they enjoyed the many pastels Ferguson
had on display.
Ferguson's work will be on display in the College's Art
Gallery, which has recently been relocated to the Thomas
College Library, in the Administration Building at 180
West River Road in Waterville. The display will run
until February 27. The gallery is open to the public
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more
