Attention students, faculty and staff!
You are invited to submit your art for the
annual Thomas College Student, Faculty and Staff Art Show! The
show will run from March 12 to April 16.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: All Thomas students (Day, CED,
and Graduate), faculty and staff are eligible to submit art.
Each artist may submit up to 3 pieces for consideration in the
art show. We will display as many pieces by each artist as space
permits.
TYPES OF WORK: Original works in any medium
(painting, photography, sculpture, pottery, etc.) are eligible.
Performance art is also encouraged and will be incorporated into
the opening reception on March 12.
ENTRY FORMS: Entry forms must be completed (one
for each piece of art entered in the show) and submitted to Mikaela Ziobro, Director of Campus
Events, in the Continuing Education and Graduate Division Office
(Room 105), along with the work being entered, by March 5. Entry

SALES: Artists may put their art up for sale or
may choose to loan the art only for the duration of the exhibit.
If you would like your art to be for sale, please note this on
the designated area of the entry form and list your sale price.
PREPARATION OF ENTRIES:
Two-dimensional works on paper should preferably be matted
and/or framed.*
Framed pieces and paintings on canvas should preferably be wired
for hanging.*
3-D work must be able to stand alone or have appropriate hanging
hardware attached.
Identification labels must be attached to the back of
matted/framed works or to the base of 3-dimensional works.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP: Art work must be
delivered to Mikaela Ziobro in the Continuing Education and
Graduate Division Office, along with the
entry form, by March
5. ALL WORK MUST REMAIN ON EXHIBIT FOR THE DURATION OF THE
SHOW. Art may be picked up after April 16 by the artist or a
designated representative.
AWARDS: Student work will be judged for 1st,
2nd and 3rd place. Prizes will be awarded.
