Multipurpose Room
This class, instructed by our Personal Trainer - Debbie Myers,
is designed to be an intense physical challenge for all major muscle
groups. Participants will use weights, stability balls,
resistance bands, and their own body weight to push themselves
beyond their limit.
Expect
to work hard and you
will sweat!
