30 minutes of
INTENSE
interval training in the Athletic Center weight room.
This
total body workout will push you to test your
limits and see how far you can go!
Participants will alternate
between cardio and strength training in a fast paced, non-stop
workout, guaranteed to make you
sweat...and all done in
just half an hour!
**In order to attend this
session, all participants must have had a prior fitness assessment
done by Debbie**
