This is a 8 week course.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing - no jeans.
Shoes will be removed for the class. It is recommended that
participants not eat before attending this class.

We are very pleased to welcome
Rocio. Rocio has been a student of yoga
and meditation for three years. Her main practice is Ashtanga Yoga,
though she also likes to incorporate elements from other traditions
into her classes and personal studies. She hopes to share with
students and faculty her enthusiasm and love for asanas and mindful
breathing.
When not in a deep bend,
Rocio can be found at the Center for Academic Support right here at
Thomas College helping students with their writing issues. She can
also be seen around town quite a bit, riding her bike, drinking tea,
and generally enjoying herself terribly in our wonderful corner of
central Maine.
