Senior Week 2013 Schedule of Events:
Monday, May 6th: Portland Old Port and Harbor Cruise with Dinner from Portland Pie Company. Cost: $15/student - No guests. Cost includes round trip transportation from campus to the Old Port, 2 hour harbor cruise and dinner on the boat. Bus leaves campus at 3:00pm.
Tuesday, May 7th: Shuttles to Bangor Casino. Cost: $5/student - no guests. Cost includes round trip transportation. Please note that we are currently working with the casino to get a hospitality package available for seniors who attend this trip (not yet confirmed - stay tuned for more info!). Shuttle leaves campus at 4:00 and 6:00pm.
Wednesday, May 8th: Boston Day Trip and Red Sox Game. Cost: $25/student; $35/guest (currently not accepting any additional guests at this time - only 2 spaces available). Cost includes round trip coach bus transportation, one bag meal/lunch and Red Sox admission ticket. Bus leaves campus at 9:00am with drop off at Faneuil Hall around noon. Bus pick up at Faneuil Hall around 5:30pm for transportation to Fenway Park for the 7:10pm game).
Thursday, May 9th: Faculty/Staff -vs- Senior Kick (or Soft)ball game, BBQ Lunch, Lawn Games and Movie Night at Flagship Cinema. There is no cost for these events, however, registration is appreciated for planning purposes. Faculty/Staff-vs- Senior game will start around 11am leading right into the BBQ and lawn games. Movies at Flagship will be for movies between 6:45-7:45pm.
Friday, May 10th: Commencement Rehearsal at 1:30pm in the gym followed by the Honors Convocation, Reception and Senior Dinner starting at 6:45pm (Resident Students, please note that your meal plan ends at dinner on Friday night. Tickets and registration are required for the dinner or a meal plan option will be available for you - more info on that TBA). Please reference information sent from Thomas regarding the details of this day.
Saturday, May 11th: COMMENCEMENT! Resident students - Res. Life will be holding a continental breakfast for you in the T5 Lobby and Bartlett Lobby that morning.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- Campus Store will be open on Friday, May 10th until 4:30pm and again on Saturday, May 11th from 11am until 3pm.
- Cap and Gown pick up is in the Campus Store during regular hours.
- Announcements/invitations for commencement are available at the Campus Store. 15 announcements are provided - additional announcements are $1.00 each while supplies last.
Senior Week Cost Information:
Boston Day Trip with Red Sox Game: $25.00/Senior (includes round trip charter bus transportation, one bag lunch, admission ticket to the Red Sox Game)
Portland Old Port/Harbor Cruise Trip: $15.00 (includes round trip transportation, harbor cruise and dinner from the Portland Pie Company (owners are alums of Thomas!) on the boat
Bangor Casino Shuttle: $5.00 deposit
Senior Week T-Shirt: $15.00

Purchase a Senior Week Pass which includes all events throughout the week and the t-shirt for only $55.00!
Sign ups for all events (Boston trip is almost full - based on a space available basis only) will begin on Monday, March 18th and will run until the event is filled or through April 12th - whichever comes first. All payment is due no later than 4:00pm on Friday, April 12th.
