Quick Facts on RA Qualifications:
 
*Must have lived on campus for at least two semesters.
*Must be in good academic standing with the College (2.2 Cumulative GPA
*Must have maturity, self-reliance, motivation, initiative, self-esteem, responsibility and integrity.
*Must possess strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
*Must be in good conduct standing with the college.

Thursday, January 17 RA Information Session - 4:00pm in Stickney
Thursday, January 17 RA Applications Available
Monday, February 5 RA Applications due to Student Life Office by 4:30pm
Monday, February 11 RA Recommendation forms due by 4:30pm
Monday, February 11 RA Group Process I - 6:00-8:00pm
Weeks of Feb. 11, 25 and March 3 Individual interviews with Director of Res. Life and Housing
Weeks of Feb. 11, 25 and March 3 Individual interviews with current RA staff
Sunday, March 2 RA Group Process II - 6:00-8:00pm
Week of March 10 Decisions and Offers Made
Monday, May 5 RA Pre-Employment Training Day

                One interview with the Director of Residential Life and Housing

                One interview with current Resident Assistants

                One group interview session

                If selected, a candidate must also attend the May Pre-Employment Training Day
