Our programs offer cost-effective solutions to train one or multiple employees. Programs are only one day per week and provide practical training in a wide variety of professional skills. Programs are typically from 2:15-5:15 p.m. Each offers a certificate of completion when the course ends.

The Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy has been created to provide the right skills within the right context to assist individuals looking to take on leadership roles in supervisory, management, and executive positions within their organizations.
As professionals, we all need to advance our skill set from time to time to stay on top of our game. The following courses will help your employees learn or refine skills in these particular subject areas.
Previous Leadership Academy Offerings:
A six-week intensive program for managers, directors and executives. The program focuses on the aspects of leadership through influence without authority, high-performance teams, strategic planning, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Supervision I – Introduction to Supervision
A high impact program focused on employees who are ready to advance to supervisory or management roles.
Supervision II- Intermediate Supervision
Supervisors and managers will learn how to identify and manage their employee’s work personalities, deal with difficult employees, and effectively manage and resolve conflicts in the workplace.
Introduction to Project Management Principles
Gain insight on the techniques, processes, and tools used in Project Management in order to effectively utilize resources and time.
Introduction to Agile and Process Improvement
Learn how the Agile method of using iterative learning loops in close collaboration with team members can make quick and effective incremental improvements to your work process and deliver better results.
Previous Skills Center Offerings:
Learn effective techniques for speaking with coworkers and customers, managing meetings, tactfully addressing issues in the workplace with management, and writing short documents such as emails and status reports.
Become skilled in listening to your customer, understanding their needs and making a winning sales pitch.
Learn how to contribute at a greater level to your work team, build better relationships and bring out the best in your teammates.

After completing 45 hours of courses under the “Leadership Academy” designation, receive a Certificate of Leadership from the Harold Alfond Institute for Business Innovation. Current and past Leadership Academy offerings are: Leadership Symposium, Supervision I and II, Introduction to Agile and Process Management, and Project Management.
After Completing 45 hours of courses under the “Skills Center” Designation, receive a Certificate of Business Skills from the Harold Alfond Institute for Business Innovation. Current Skills Center offerings are: High-Performance Sales, Effective Teamwork, and Masterful Communications.
