Being a student-athlete is no small feat. Adding on finishing a bachelor’s degree in one less year and you’ve got Trevor Reed ‘22, who is ready for the challenge. Although it will be challenging at times, Trevor knows that the accelerated program provides a great opportunity for himself and his future.
As the only freshman on the men’s basketball team, Trevor has met so many amazing and friendly people during his first semester at Thomas College.
“The men’s basketball team has helped make the transition much easier. The guys on the team are great people,” he said.

When Trevor is not studying or playing basketball, he’s attending the plethora of student activities on campus or supporting other student-athletes on campus at their sporting events.
“Looking back on my first semester, I have to say it was nothing like I expected; I mean that in a good way,” said Trevor. “Thomas has provided me with a warm, welcome community that helped make my first semester a great one. I met so many new, helpful people and did so many incredible things.”
Trevor ended the semester with a 3.68 GPA – landing him on the Dean’s List – while still being able to be involved with everything he wanted on campus and more. He’s excited to kick off the spring semester this month.
