mark lintMark Lint is known for his talent, work ethic and good sense of humor. That’s why he is this month’s Terrier STAR.

Mark, who has worked at Thomas College for three and half years, is a general mechanic.

He is being recognized for his exceptional customer service, originality, compassion, dedication, willingness to always lend a “helping hand”, Thomas Pride, positivity, and loyalty.

“Mark is an absolute pleasure to work with,” said his colleague. “He has an excellent attitude and sense of humor. He is consistent, reliable, and willing to do anything asked of him.”

The colleague also said Mark is a skilled mechanic and can fix anything from the largest vehicle to the smallest piece of equipment.

His job requires him to support every department – but he does so much more than expected, said a colleague.

“Mark has been such a fantastic support for us and has been consistently kind, cheerful, hardworking and helpful.”

Another colleague said in addition to being a hard worker, Mark is caring and compassionate towards his co-workers.

“He is a great conversationalist and touches base with people individually, but never lets it slow down his work,” the colleague said. “He is always happy to lend a hand and will roll up his sleeves to help in any way he can. Mark has an upbeat, positive attitude that will brighten anyone’s day, and his dedication to getting the job done quickly and effectively shows his commitment to the College and our students. Thomas is lucky to have him!”
