The Harold Alfond Institute for Business Innovation is delighted to announce that it is partnering with Bricks Co-working & Innovation Space in downtown Waterville to offer a FREE Entrepreneur Academy to aspiring collegiate and other entrepreneurs within the Central Maine area.
This 4-week intensive Boot Camp style program will provide participants with an interactive forum where they will learn the basics, as well as advanced concepts, in the four primary areas of a business startup; Idea Generation, Market Validation, Business Modeling and Scaling. The intent is for aspiring entrepreneurs to be able to network and learn with other entrepreneurs while in the forum and then utilize the instruction while outside of class in order to work on advancing their business venture.
The program will run on four consecutive Wednesdays; July 31st, August 7th, August 14th and August 21st from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bricks Coworking & Innovation Space at the Hathaway Creative Center, Suite 110, 10 Water Street, Waterville.
Participation is on a first come, first serve basis and interested individuals can register FREE online. For more information, please contact Mike Duguay at 207-859-1151.
