Thomas College is excited to host a Virtual Future Technology Leaders event on October 29. This is an opportunity for high school students to explore the field of cybersecurity and engage in interactive activities that cybersecurity experts would.
October is Cybersecurity month and Thomas College invites you to join our virtual cyber event where we will provide personal, home, and school safety lessons to students interested in cybersecurity at Thomas College. Learn and practice what you can do to be safe and avoid losing your private and valuable information on your phone or computer.
Your online safety is more important than ever. Want to learn how to protect your digital footprint? Join us for an interactive session covering topics like:
- Protecting your identity on Tik Tok and other social platforms
- Fending off cyberbullying
- Avoiding trolls
- Keeping your home computers and devices safe
- Gaming security
- Threats to your money.
